Our villa is in a prime location, offering easy access to entertainment, dining, shopping, and everyday essentials. Just a 3-minute drive away, you’ll find Mega Place, a leisure complex with bowling, a cinema, and a café. If you prefer to explore on foot, Restaurant To Alonaki is just an 8-minute walk away. At the same time, for coffee and freshly baked goods, you can visit Coffee Drip and Dourountaki bakery, both 10 minutes away on foot.
For your daily needs, Cafe 5 Super Market, which also operates as a mini-market and café, is only a 6-minute walk away. If you fancy a stroll to the beach, Vlite Beach and the Cantera Beach Bar are within a 15-minute walk.
Just a 5-minute drive from the villa is Souda, where you can find supermarkets like SYN.KA, Sklavenitis, banks, shops, and restaurants such as Fournaki casa di Gusto, Oniros Lounge Resto, and Grigoros fast food. If you’re looking for fresh seafood by the sea, we recommend Patrelantonis in Marathi Beach, where you can enjoy local flavours with a stunning sea view. Another excellent choice is Almiriki restaurant on Stavros Beach, as well as the Provlita fish tavern in Kalyves, where your meal comes with a beautiful seaside setting.
For an authentic gastronomic experience in Chania’s Old Town, we suggest three of the most renowned restaurants: TAMAM Restaurant, Chrysostomos, and Vasilikos, where you can indulge in unique local recipes and traditional flavours.
If you need information about waste disposal, the nearest rubbish and recycling bin is 300 metres from the villa, on P. Dimotaki Street, just before the main Akrotiriou road (the location).
